In 1950, after completing his M.A. in Sanskrit at Prayag University, Mishra launched into editing and translating over 100 books, bridging Hindi and English literary worlds.
3🏛️ Twice elected president of the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Mishra also chaired the Sahitya Parishad, influencing Hindi literary policies during the 1970s and 1980s.
4Mishra served as vice-chancellor of both Kashi Vidyapeeth and Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, steering these institutions through post-independence cultural revival.
