In 1978, Indra Nooyi left Chennai to attend Yale School of Management, where she earned a master's degree in public and private management by 1980, setting the stage for her global corporate journey.

🌟 Between 1986 and 1990, Nooyi was Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy at Motorola, overseeing automotive and industrial electronics divisions during a critical growth phase.
3In 1994, she joined PepsiCo as Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning and within 12 years rose to become its fifth CEO, leading the company through one of its most transformative eras.
